Join us for a free meditation session! This class will focus on Vipassana meditation. Vipassana can be described as a clear awareness of what is happening as it is happens. This practice can help you remain in the present, detach from your mind, and reduce the suffering that comes from being caught up in your thoughts, and it only takes about ten minutes of formal practice a day.About the instructor: Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a long-time practitioner of yoga and more recently, a meditator. I fell in love with meditation and its benefits very quickly, and I want to share that with you. Many people have an idea of what meditation is about, but quickly write it off because they think it’s about silencing the mind or sitting cross-legged for much longer than they would like.
